Follicular Phase Support
(Post-menstruation → Ovulation)
This is when fertility-focused abdominal work is most appropriate.
Sessions may include:

Luteal Phase & Two-week Wait
If conception is possible, sessions shift away from abdominal techniques. Focus on:

- Gentle, non-abdominal techniques
Ivf And Assisted Cycles
Clients undergoing IVF or ovarian stimulation should inform their therapist prior to scheduling. Abdominal techniques are discontinued before trigger shots or egg retrieval and avoided during active stimulation phases unless medically cleared.
